		In the mornings classes start at 7:30am with a 2-hour class, explaining and discussing the yoga poses and practice. For regular yoga practitioners, it is an opportunity to work on the practice intensively. For beginners, this is an opportunity to learn from the experience of the other participants and they will get as much assistance as they need. After class, students will get together for breakfast. An excellent start for your health and wellness to prepare to head out to your adventures. This will be a time for planning your day and sharing experiences. The day will be free for all the fun things available in the Manuel Antonio area. Private Yoga classes can be arranged also.
